This Char-Broil Grill Is Going To Change Your Memorial Day Grilling Experience

With Memorial Day around the corner and summer time drawing closer and closer, that can only mean one thing: It’s time to get read for Grilling season! I don’t know about you, but I’m all set and ready to go! Most especially since I have the single most amazing grill out there: The Char-Broil Tru-Infrared Grill. Yes. This Char-Broil Tru-Infrared grill is seriously going to change everything you know about what to expect from your food when you grill it on this super fabulous new boyfriend of mine. I’m seriously in a new relationship with this grill, and Stephen knows all about it. Mostly because he does all of the grilling, but I want to take some credit for it. At least for trying to look super cute and all manly in front of it.
Look at this sexy grill. It’s a brushed stainless steel beauty that comes with a side burner (gasp) and a side plate on the opposite end to hand your utensils from and prep your food. I love the easiness of the One-touch Surefire electronic ignition system. Turn on the gas and press the button. That’s it. The igniter flips the flame on. You don’t need to hold the button down until the flames come on, which is something that I love. The ignitor runs off a single AA battery, and is super easy to replace. I don’t have it in the photo below with the gas gauge, but you can check out my video that I did on Facebook that I embedded into this post for you to watch and see it in action.
The gas gauge is super functional, and easy to read in letting you know that you need some more petro in your tank. There’s also enough storage space to the side of your tank to hold extra accessories for your grill, including a cast iron griddle that comes with it. Can you say that I’m going to make pancakes in the morning on this thing? Don’t try me. You know that I will.
Can I tell you a little secret that you’re gonna go a little crazy over? If you have a home that runs off of natural gas, uhm…you can attach this grill to it! I’m totally not lying. It’s Dual fuel enabled! I seriously was shouting the phrase, “Shut Up!” in my best white girl voice drinking a double shot, no foam, caramel macchiato with extra whipped cream. I even blinked a few times while saying it. This is the first time that I’ve ever heard of a grill having the capability of doing this. I’m still so stunned about it!
You want something even more sexier out of a grill? How about one that has NO flare-ups and evenly distributes heat to make grilling easy and give you that extra WOW feeling! Don’t believe me? Take a look at the video I’ve attached from Facebook; also, take a look at these NY strip steaks.
Do you see anything missing? (I mean besides a knife and fork to eat). Not. One. Flare-up. I marinated the steaks in a yummy maple smokehouse seasoning, pink himalayan sea salt, cracked rainbow pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. We ALL know what oil and fat drippings do to flames: flare-up. Nope, not with this fabulous Char-Broil Tru-Infrared grill. In fact, the steak and burgers that we cooked turned out so juicy, and didn’t have any dryness to the outer edges. This grill will make your food to up 50% juicer than on a traditional gas grill. The difference is the Tru-infrared technology that is used.
In a traditional gas grill, it’s cooked based upon convection cooking…especially when you close the lid, so it’s the hot air that is left to cook your food. The Tru-Infrared way is helping to cook your food based off of the infrared frequencies. The infrared heat is able to penetrate through the moisture barrier property of the food, and not cause any type of shrinkage, and achieves more of juicy and flavorful factor. It also helps to cook your food faster! It’s science in a grill.
Just look how juicy and delicious that NY strip turned out. FYI, if you look behind it, you’ll see the burgers there. Notice how they actually still FIT the bun, and not just a little hockey puck of meat.
These are the veggies that we cooked on the grill, and by we…I mean my friend, Ellie. She was going completely crazy over this grill. The veggies were marinated in extra virgin olive oil, pink sea salt, cracked rainbow pepper, and some herbs de provance. Again…not one flare up (check the video!)
Look at this beautiful steak. No dried out edges, and super juicy (medium rare, of course).
Then take a look at these veggies. Beautifully seared with grill marks, and no burnt edges that you would get from another type of grill.
I can’t begin to tell you how SUPER impressed I am by this grill, and I don’t get impressed by many things…but this? I’m in love with grilling all over again, and I can’t wait to grill again for my family and friends! It’s time to put together another big grilling party!
