FAQs

You've got questions, and I've got answers! I hope this all is helpful information. If you have questions beyond this, please email me at [email protected]

To download an eBook, click the download button and then save to your preferred device and/or folder or library.

Once the link is open save to Files, Download Folder, Dropbox or iBook’s. Save the email with the receipt and downloads should you need any further downloads. Regenerated downloads are not to be expected as part of your purchase. It is the users responsibility to save the eBooks to their device(s) and the email should they need to load to another device at any time.

Paperback complimentary downloads will not be regenerated. This is a one-off freebie and should not be expected to be made available because of saving errors.

For iPhone/iPad;

Go to Settings>>iBook’s>>Reading Goals>>Include PDF. Open the eBook from your email.

Click on the link in the email (just once) it may take some time (a minute or so depending on your internet provider). If it does not open in your browser, copy the link and paste into a separate browser.

Once opened, you will need to upload and save to your device.

  1. To save to an iPad or similar >> once opened click the Upload icon (usually located in the top right of the screen) and save to iBooks, Google Docs, Dropbox or Kindle.
  2. If books (or other) do not come up as an option>> select>>Open in Safari
  3. Then click More and you can scroll to Books.
  4. Save the file. Once saved, it becomes part of the library permanently on your device in whatever app you choose. I find iBooks on anything Apple/Mac is best.

All eBooks MUST be saved to your device. They come with 10 downloads only. It only takes one download to save to your device and/or cloud to be permanently on your device without the use of further downloads.

I give my customers permission to print one personal copy of my eBooks. This is for your personal use and can never be sold. My eBooks are my copyright and are not for sale or distribution. This also means no printing for friends or family members.

All eBooks come with 10 downloads. It is not my responsibility to reset downloads for printing eBooks if saved as per the instructions given in every receipt you should only ever need to download ONCE.

All my eBooks are in PDF format, and images have not been converted to CMYK print colours, so they will come out dark and different to on-screen colours. Color conversion takes a lot of time and money, and seeing this is an eBook the time and expense are spared and not added to the cost for obvious reasons.

Printing can be done at home, and placed in folders or printed at Staples or similar. Cost depends on your local printers and the size of the eBook. Printing cookbooks is never cheap.

eBook downloads are not reset for customers for printing reasons.

All eBooks MUST be saved to your device. They come with 10 downloads only. It only takes one download to save to your device and/or cloud to be permanently on your device without the use of further downloads.

Your download is automatically sent to the email address you entered at checkout—so double-check for typos! If you accidentally used an old email, be sure to look there too. (Your device fills in saved emails, not our store!) Before reaching out, please check all your email accounts, including spam and promotions.

Can’t find your receipt? Search your entire inbox (including All Mail) for keywords like Foodnservice or The Nourished Bite—these usually pop right up!

Quick download tip: When you click the eBook link, the download starts immediately—no need to click multiple times (this uses up your downloads!). Check your device’s download folder, and make sure your settings allow PDFs to open smoothly (some mobiles need a quick tweak!).

Pro tip: Save your eBook to an e-reader app like iBooks, Kindle, Dropbox, or Google Docs. That way, it’s safely stored and accessible across all your devices—even if you upgrade or switch phones!

Bonus safeguard: Keep your download email in its own folder for easy access later. Since your purchase is digital, saving it yourself ensures you’ll always have it. (Asking me won’t magically make it appear—trust me, I’ve checked! 😉)

Download limits: You get 10 downloads to cover any hiccups while learning the process. Unfortunately, we can’t reset these or offer unlimited downloads, so make ’em count!

Downloading to your desktop? Your eBook will land right in your Downloads folder—easy peasy! But if you want quicker access (and a little extra organization), try saving them to a dedicated folder on your desktop. Sort them by author (perfect if you collect multiple creators’ work) or by name. That way, everything stays tidy and just a click away!

Mac users, rejoice! You can now save your eBooks directly to iBooks straight from your email—no extra steps needed! Once it’s in iBooks, it’ll sync across all your Apple ID devices instantly. Want an extra layer of security? Pop it into your iCloud for safekeeping—all while using just one download.

Need a printed copy? No problem! Just tap the three dots under the eBook cover in iBooks, hit Share, and select Print. Voilà—your recipe book is ready for the kitchen!

Downloading on your phone or tablet? Your eBook will automatically save to your Files App—it comes standard on all mobile devices!

🔹 Android or Apple? No problem! Just head to your app store, search for Files App, and open it. Your freshly downloaded file will be right at the top, ready for you to save.

The golden rule: Always save your eBooks to a trusted app like Dropbox, iBooks, Google Drive, or Kindle so you can access them across all your devices. Not sure how? A quick Google search will guide you, or just follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Click the download link in your email once (be patient—it might take a moment depending on your internet).
2️⃣ If it doesn’t open, copy the link and paste it into a new browser tab.
3️⃣ Once open, upload and save it to your device.

📱 For iPad/iPhone users:

  • Tap the upload icon (usually top-right).
  • Choose iBooks, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Kindle.
  • If you don’t see “Books,” select “Open in Safari” → tap “More” → then scroll to Books and save.

💡 Pro tip: iBooks is the best choice for Apple/Mac users—it syncs seamlessly across all your devices!

Remember: Your eBook comes with 10 downloads, but you only need one to save it permanently to your device or cloud. Once saved, it’s yours forever—no extra downloads needed!

A Quick Note About Our Ads

FoodnService proudly partners with Mediavine to bring you free recipes and content every single week! Those little ads you see? They help keep this site running by earning us just a few cents per view—which adds up to cover the real costs behind every recipe and helps to support my family.

Here’s the reality: Each recipe takes at least a week of work—testing, styling, shooting, and editing—not to mention the cost of ingredients, props, camera gear, and all the behind-the-scenes expenses.

We totally get it—ads aren’t always fun. If they bother you, you’re welcome to use an ad blocker or simply scroll past them. But when you do engage with our content, know that those small ad earnings help us keep doing what we love—creating delicious recipes for you! I do provide a “Jump to Recipe” button on each recipe to help!

Thanks for your support—it means the world to us! 💛
