Ingredients for the Pizza Gnocchi Casserole Recipe
- 16 oz (1 Ib) potato gnocchi: You can find gnocchi in the pasta section of the grocery store.
- 3 oz pepperoni slices: To add that salty, spicy, tangy, and meaty flavor to the gnocchi casserole.
- 14 oz organic tomato sauce: You can add pepper or red chilies to the tomato sauce for added taste or make one at home.
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese: You can get a block of mozzarella and shred it manually because pre-shredded mozzarella does not melt properly.
