I have a great insider, my Stephen, that works at Trader Joe’s, so I’m able to sample and test out all of the newest and delicious food items that they receive in shipments.

Please note: All points in my Trader Joe’s shopping list is done for the Blue MyWW SmartPoints system. It’s the one I’ve be following along since the WW Freestyle program, and I was easily transfer into MyWW Blue SmartPoints because it was literally the same exact thing in points for the system.

  3. I was delighted that the Trader Joe’s sprouted grain breadper slice is only 1 point. I thought it was 2.5 per slice!
