This is exciting for me because I'm able to eat so many amazing foods to keep on my track of losing weight and maintaining a healthier lifestyle that I used to.

I started my Weight Watchers journey in late December 2018, and have lost over 20 pounds! I know it's not a lot as most, but I'm so happy with the results that I've been able to obtain. If you visit that link, it will take you to my starting point. PLUS you'll also be able to print up a meal planner to help keep track of the foods you eat with their associated points!

I'm doing mine a little bit different than most as I'm cooking as much food that I can in my Instant Pot. Instant Pot Weight Watchers recipes are a pretty huge hit across the land! I actually created a Weight Watchers Instant Pot Database with point values associated with it!

It took a lot of work, but it's so well worth it. I try to update the database as soon as I can on a weekly basis to keep fresh new recipes coming your way (and my way).

Here's the FULL List of Zero Point Weight Watchers Food

You can bookmark this page so you can use it as a reference, and visit it as many times as you would like to. I know that I'm always in the need of help to keep remembering what the foods are, so it's so helpful for me.
