Made with either cashew or almond milk, Open Nature® Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert is a great non-dairy alternative to traditional ice cream, and they are pleasantly delicious and definitely satisfying. Open Nature® Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches

I have a small confession to make, I’m in LOVE with low-fat graham crackers. They add a perfect balance to every right in my life. My graham crackers were begging for this Peanut Butter Cookie flavor, so I decided to make them into little ice cream sandwiches. With one pint of the Open Nature® Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert Peanut Butter Cookie flavor, you can make 10 of these yummy little dessert treat sandwiches.

After you make them, you can easily store them in a freezer in little freezer bags so you can portion them out. These are a perfect little treat on any hot day, and I love a simple little recipe that makes my life easy and enjoyable at the same time. I actually served these to my nephews and their friends, and they devoured them while asking for more!

Open Nature® Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert Chocolate Fudge Brownie

The chocolate fudge brownie was one of my personal favorites. The graham cracker crumbles on top made it even better! I love adding texture to my food, and this was a perfect hit. I love that you can take the lid right off, and just add your own favorite toppings onto them. You can control how much you want to have with each bite full of deliciousness happening on your spoon.

Open Nature® Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert Lemon Sorbet

I’m such a sorbet snob, especially when it comes to Lemon flavored ones. This Lemon sorbet hits all of the right notes. It leaves a yummy lingering tartness that’s just so refreshing. To change it up, I added some fresh mint from my herb garden to it. Lemon and Mint are just perfect pairings of flavors together, especially on these hot summer days that never seem to end. Not that complaining because I can live without the snow for a while!

It’s perfectly creamy in texture and smooth. Angela was a HUGE fan of it!
