Convenience Meets the Kids’ Table: 7-Eleven Launches All-New Kids’ Meals Starting at $3.99
7-Eleven, Inc. is making a play for the “busy parent” market by officially introducing a brand-new line of kids' meals across its family of brands, including 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes. Starting at just $3.99, these value-driven meals are designed to provide a quick, affordable solution for family dinners, school nights, and road trips.
The rollout covers the company's various restaurant concepts—Laredo Taco Company, Raise the Roost, and Speedy Café—bringing a diverse range of flavors to the smallest members of the family.
What’s in the Box?
Each meal is designed as a complete “bundle,” featuring an entrée, a side, a drink, and—most importantly for the kids—a surprise toy.
The menu highlights include:
- Laredo Taco Company: A Tex-Mex option featuring a bean and cheese taco or a cheese quesadilla, served with rice or beans, tortilla chips, and a small Slurpee or apple juice.
- Raise the Roost: The “Lil’ Tendie Meal” includes a crispy chicken tender and potato wedges, while the “Lil’ Mac Cheesy Meal” offers a warm bowl of mac and cheese. Both come with a small Slurpee.
- Speedy Café: A customizable mix-and-match menu with choices like “Dino Nuggets,” mac and cheese, or ham and turkey sandwiches, paired with “Speedy Spuds” and a small Slurpee.
The ‘Surprise’ Inside
To compete with traditional fast-food giants, 7-Eleven is including a rotating selection of toys. For the launch window (now through June 23, 2026), each meal features a Hot Wheels surprise, such as a Monster Truck toy or a sticker pack.
“Feeding the family doesn't have to be complicated or costly,” said William Armstrong, Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations. “We're bringing big-time value to the table with kid-friendly flavors and surprises they can look forward to.”
Industry Impact: The ‘Convenience Restaurant’ Era
This move is part of a larger strategy to transition 7-Eleven from a traditional “stop-and-go” convenience store into a legitimate “food destination.” By offering full-service-style kids' meals at a lower price point than most national burger chains, the company is positioning itself as a primary competitor for family dining dollars.
Availability
The new kids' meals are available now at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes locations across the U.S.
- Ordering: Meals can be ordered in-store or through the 7NOW delivery app, which typically promises delivery in about 30 minutes—perfect for those “backseat snack attacks” that can't wait.
- Loyalty Perks: 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members can earn points on these meals, making the $3.99 price point even more attractive for regular shoppers.
Whether you're looking for dino nuggets or a mini taco, 7-Eleven is making sure that the “kids' table” is officially open for business. One thing is certain: with a small Slurpee included in every box, it’s going to be a popular stop for families this summer.
