Strawberry Cheesecake Tart Recipe
I am a cheesecake fanatic, and I can really eat everyday (if my arteries would allow me to!). I'm normally one to make mini tarts, but I decided to make a bigger version of it. I had company coming over for dinner and wanted to make a yummy dessert. So, I said to myself, “Self…turn these ingredients into a big tart for everyone to enjoy.” So I did. in a miniature form. If you have a tart pan, than these are super easy to make. Now you can use a store bought pie shell, but I like making everything from scratch. You can find that recipe here in my Mini Apple Dumpling recipe.
Strawberry Cheesecake Tart

Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce package of cream cheese room temperature works best
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of Strawberry Jam Store bought is fine, but I made my own
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375
- Side note: Pre-cook the tart shell before hand. You don't want the shell to be overcooked, unless you like a super crisp crust!
- On low speed, mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla extract together until well blended.
- Pour mixture in tart shell (or mini tart shells).
- Spoon the Strawberry jam all over the top of the cheese cake mixture.
- Bake in oven for approximately 25 minutes
If you want to make small tartlets, it'll be a simple breeze! You'll just need a tart tray. I hope you've been enjoying my recipes, and I look forward to see what you're cooking in your kitchen!
