Strawberry Cheesecake Tart Recipe
I am a cheesecake fanatic, and I can really eat everyday (if my arteries would allow me to!). I’m normally one to make mini tarts, but I decided to make a bigger version of it. I had company coming over for dinner and wanted to make a yummy dessert. So, I said to myself, “Self…turn these ingredients into a big tart for everyone to enjoy.” So I did. Though, I am also adding what these tarts look like in a miniature form. If you have a tart pan, than these are super easy to make. Now you can use a store bought pie shell, but I like making everything from scratch. You can find that recipe here in my Mini Apple Dumpling recipe.
