These Halloween Spider Web Cupcakes will add an extra dose of creepy crawly effect to your Halloween dessert creations.

Ingredients
1 ¼cupall purpose flour
1 ¼tspbaking powder
¾cupsugar
2Large Eggs
1tbspvanilla extract
⅓cupvegetable oil
½cupbuttermilk
TOPPING
White Frosting
Black Icing in Tube
Toothpick
FILLING
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1/2 - 1cupgranulated sugar
red food coloring
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and combine well.
Line a large cupcake pan with cupcake liners. Spray lightly with cooking spray if desired.
Prepare cream cheese mixture for the center.
Place one tablespoon of batter into the pan. Place a small amount of the red cream cheese into the pan on top of the first tablespoon. Cover the cream cheese with more batter.
Bake the cupcakes for 20-23 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool completely once finished.
Cover the cooled cupcake with frosting and then draw several circles on the top of the cupcake with black icing using either a tube or a toothpick. If you are not using a spider in the center, make your center circle very small.
Drag several lines from the center of the cupcake to the edge in order to create a web look. Enjoy!
