Ingredients
2tablespoonsof melted butter
1tablespoonof Rootbeer extract
2tablespoonsof heavy cream/ or milk
6tablespoonsof all purpose baking flour
1large egg
sprinkle of salt
1/4cupof white sugar
Instructions
Start by getting a small bowl. Add in your butter, salt, and root beer extract. Add your heavy cream and egg. Whisk it until it's combined. Now add in your sugar and slowly add in your flour and mix until everything is combined well.
Now grab a large microwaveable safe mug and fill it half way with the batter. Place it in microwave for minute and 15 seconds. Take out and let cook. The cake is done when the sides are easy to pull away from the cup sides.

I used my mixer because it's fast and easy. Make sure you are using the whisk attachment. Add in your heavy cream, vanilla, and sugar. Whip up till it creates peaks and looks like whipped cream/icing.
