Ingredients
4- 4ozGhirardelli premium white chocolate barsbroken into smaller pieces
¾cupLucky Charms marshmallows
Assorted sprinkles
Gel food coloring: green and blue
Instructions
Line an 11x7 baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the broken up white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt on a low setting, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. You can alternatively use a double boiler to melt it instead.
Separate 2-3 tablespoons each of the melted white chocolate into two separate small bowls and add 1 drop of different food coloring in each. Stir it together with separate spoons.
Pour the uncolored melted white chocolate on the prepared baking sheet and spread it out with an icing spatula or back of a spoon.
Drop small spoonfuls of the colored melted white chocolate in alternating colors then use a skewer to swirl the colors together.
Before it hardens, add the Lucky Charms marshmallows on top, followed by sprinkles.
Let the bark set at room temperature for 30-45 minutes until the chocolate has fully hardened. You can also place it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to help it set quicker.
Once it has hardened, use a knife to cut it into neat bars or you can break it apart with your hands.
Notes
For thicker bars, add an extra 4oz bar of premium white chocolate.Use high quality white chocolate for this recipe such as Ghirardelli or Lindt. I do not recommend candy melts, which are not real chocolate. This recipe only uses the marshmallow part of Lucky Charms cereal but you can add some of the cereal pieces too if you don’t want to pick out the marshmallows. The food coloring is optional and just adds a fun pop of color.STORING Store leftovers on the counter in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Keep in mind, the refrigeration may make the marshmallows a little stale.INSTANT POT DIRECTIONS
Add 2 cup warm water to Instant Pot liner. Press Steam and set timer for approximately 10 minutes. Place bowl on top of liner.
Add your chocolate to the bowl and allow to warm. Gently stir chocolate until thoroughly melted.
Once the chocolate has melted, you can follow the rest of the recipe below! Easy Peasy! Have a couple of other bowls available to add food coloring to
