Instant Pot Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • salt
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
  • ¼ cup pecans

Instructions

  • Step 1: Add pumpkin puree, oats, almond milk, water, pumpkin spice and salt into the bottom of an Instant Pot.

    Step 2: Use a spoon or spatula to stir, make sure to mix well all the ingredients.

    Step 3: Attach the lid, turn to lock and set the valve to “Sealing”.

    Step 4: Set to cook on high pressure for 1 minute and let the pressure natural release for 10 minutes.

    Tip: Total time, including coming to pressure, is about 18 to 20 minutes.

    Final Step: When all the pressure is released, remove the lid and stir with a spoon. Serve with maple syrup and pecans on top and enjoy!
