Instant Pot Pomegranate Jam

This orange infused Instant Pot Pomegranate Jam is delightfully delicious, and a breeze to make in your pressure cooker!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium orange
  • 3 pomegranates
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 1.5 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  1. Cut fruits in half, squeeze them and pour the juice into Instant Pot.
  2. Using ‘sauté’ mode, (5 minute is generally enough) heat the juice and add starch. Whisk until combined.
  3. Boil until it gets thickened and pour into a jar.
  4. Let it cool down.
  5. If it gets too thick when cold, blend it.
  6. Store it in fridge.
