Ingredients
- 2 medium orange
- 3 pomegranates
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1.5 tbsp water
Instructions
- Cut fruits in half, squeeze them and pour the juice into Instant Pot.
- Using ‘sauté’ mode, (5 minute is generally enough) heat the juice and add starch. Whisk until combined.
- Boil until it gets thickened and pour into a jar.
- Let it cool down.
- If it gets too thick when cold, blend it.
- Store it in fridge.
