Easy Pizza Bites Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can of Refrigerated Biscuit dough
  • 1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 block of Colby Monterey Jack Cheese cut into about 12 squares
  • Your favorite Pizza Toppings I'm using Pepperoni
  • Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
  • Minced Basil
  • Minced Oregano
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • Garlic Salt
  • Flour for dusting and rolling

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray down a cookie sheet or glass bake ware dish.
  2. Flatten a biscuit out on a light floured surface using a rolling pin.
  3. Stack pepperoni and cheese on top of each on the Biscuit (1 pepperoni, 1 cheese square, and 1 pepperoni...like a sandwich)
  4. Gather up the edges of the biscuit and fold together.
  5. Line the rolls up (seam side down)
  6. Brush with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan, Basil, Oregano, Pepper, and Garlic Salt.
  8. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until you get a beautiful golden brown color.
  9. Serve the rolls with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
