This cilantro shrimp salad is a quick easy summer salad that you can enjoy on day!

Ingredients

Cups
of Chilled Cooked Shrimp
I used the smaller sized ones
1/4
Cup
diced fresh cilantro
2
Tablespoons
of organic sour cream
1
Small diced red pepper
1
Small diced yellow pepper
Sea Salt & Cracker pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly, adding salt and pepper to your own personal liking.
Place in Fridge for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
Add a fresh sprig of cilantro on top.
