Chocolate Cheesecake Cookies

I love how delicious and easy these Chocolate Cheesecake Cookies are to make any time fo the year! It's the perfect balance chocolate flavor, and the moist flavor of cream cheese in one delicious bite.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 stick 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1-1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 package 8 oz white cheesecake M&Ms, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat together cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla and egg and beat well. Add sugar and beat well. Add flour and baking cocoa and beat until just combined.
  • Reserve 1/2 cup m&m and fold the remaining candies into the batter.
  • Scoop onto prepared baking sheet with a tablespoon scoop and place 3 additional m&ms onto the tops of the cookies.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
