Ingredients
- potatoes medium size – 1 pound
- bacon slices – 1 cup
- Cheddar – 1 cup
- mozzarella – ½ cup.
- olive oil - 20 oz.
- spices paprika, pepper, salt - to taste.,
- greens dill, green onion – 2-3 tbsp
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes, dry them, cut into slices, d - 5 mm.
