Air Fryer Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Zucchinis
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  1. Slice zucchinis into rounds.
  2. In a small casserole dish that fits into your air fryer, add a layer of zucchinis overlapping in rows.
  3. Sprinkle ⅓ of the parmesan cheese on top of the first layer.
  4. Then, add another layer of zucchinis on top of the cheese.
  5. Add another sprinkle of parmesan cheese on the second layer.
  6. Next, add the 3rd and final layer of zucchini slices.
  7. Sprinkle with the remainder of the cheese on top of the third layer.
  8. In a saucepan on medium heat, add the heavy cream, butter, and diced garlic.
  9. Mix ingredients together until the butter is melted and the sauce starts bubbling.
  10. Take off the heat and pour over the casserole.
  11. Then, add the casserole into the air fryer for 18 minutes at 375 degrees F.
