Ingredients
3poundsboneless turkey breastthawed
2tablespoonsavocado oil
1tablespoonfresh sagechopped
1tablespoonfresh rosemarychopped
1teaspoonfresh thyme leaves
1teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Rub the turkey breast with avocado oil. Then sprinkle the turkey breast with spices and fresh herbs.
Place the turkey breast in the air fryer skin side up. Cook at 370°F for 20 minutes. Then flip the turkey breast and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Mine was at 140F so I flipped it again and cooked for an additional 5 minutes until it reached 165°F.
Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
