First wash the tomatoes and then transfer them to a cutting board. Then cut the tomatoes in half.
Place the tomatoes in a bowl along with the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
Mix until tomatoes are evenly coated.
Transfer the tomato halves to the air fryer basket.
Set temperature to 400F. For juicy tomatoes set the timer to 15 minutes and for more dehydrated tomatoes (almost sun dried tomato consistency) cook for 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from air fryer basket and optionally top with fresh basil and balsamic glaze
