Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ cup grated parmesan + extra to sprinkle on top

Instructions
 

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes, cut the potatoes in half, and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl mix together oil, melted butter, salt, black pepper powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, chili flakes, and parmesan. Add the potatoes and mix well.
  3. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F. Line the basket with parchment paper and arrange the potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes then toss and cook for another 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle some parmesan and chopped cilantro (optional) before serving.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite condiment or by themselves!
