Air Fryer Christmas Cookies

These Air Fryer Christmas Cookies are easy to make and delicious. They are sure to impress at holiday parties or festive gatherings!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sprinkles

Instructions
 

  1. Start by creaming the butter and sugar until light and fluffy with an electric mixer or stand mixer with paddle for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Then, add in the vanilla extract into the mixture.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. Then, gradually add the flour mixture into creamed butter and sugar.
  5. Once the dry and wet ingredients are mixed, fold in the sprinkles.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into 2 inch strips.
  7. Then, cut the cookies into triangles.
  8. Line the air fryer with parchment paper.
  9. Set the cookies on top of the parchment paper giving them about 1/2 inch of space. You will have to bake them in multiple batches.
  10. Set air fryer to 325 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
  11. Remove from air fryer to the wire rack to allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
