Ingredients
1cupself rising flour
1cupnon-Fat Greek yogurt
1teaspoonEverything but the bagel seasoning
1egg
non-stick spray
Instructions
In a bowl, place flour and greek yogurt.
Mix with a fork. The dough will be slightly crumbly looking until it becomes well mixed.
Switch to finish mixing with your hands to form a ball of dough.
Lightly flour a surface to roll dough onto.
Cut the dough into 8 equals parts with a sharp knife.
Roll out the dough portions into the length of silicone mold.
Lightly spray molds with non-stick spray. Place dough into molds, and give the dough a light egg wash.
Sprinkle Everything but the bagel seasoning on top of the dough, and place the silicone mold onto a trivet in your Instant Pot with your air fryer attachment on top, or simply place in your air fryer.
Cook for 12 minutes at 325°. Once done, allow 5 minutes to cool before transferring to a wire cooling rack. Allow an extra 3-5 minutes to cool before enjoying your 2 ingredient Weight Watchers bagels sticks..
Notes
When removing the bagels sticks from the silicone mold, the bottom portion will still be slightly soft. Allowing them to cool for a few additional minutes on the wire rack allows them to finish setting.
