Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup non-Fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • non-stick spray

Instructions

  • In a bowl, place flour and greek yogurt.
  • Mix with a fork. The dough will be slightly crumbly looking until it becomes well mixed.
  • Switch to finish mixing with your hands to form a ball of dough.
  • Lightly flour a surface to roll dough onto.
  • Cut the dough into 8 equals parts with a sharp knife.
  • Roll out the dough portions into the length of silicone mold.
  • Lightly spray molds with non-stick spray. Place dough into molds, and give the dough a light egg wash.
  • Sprinkle Everything but the bagel seasoning on top of the dough, and place the silicone mold onto a trivet in your Instant Pot with your air fryer attachment on top, or simply place in your air fryer.
  • Cook for 12 minutes at 325°. Once done, allow 5 minutes to cool before transferring to a wire cooling rack. Allow an extra 3-5 minutes to cool before enjoying your 2 ingredient Weight Watchers bagels sticks..

Notes

When removing the bagels sticks from the silicone mold, the bottom portion will still be slightly soft. Allowing them to cool for a few additional minutes on the wire rack allows them to finish setting.
