In a medium sized bowl, place your cut and diced avocado. You don't need the pit or the skin. Note: It's very important that your avocado is ripe, or it will not turn out properly.
With a hand held mixer on low, you want to cream the avocado until lumps are gone.
Slowly add in your cocoa and vanilla extract and mix well.
Then add in your confectioners sugar a little bit at a time.
Mix your frosting until well blended, and then you're ready to serve it on any of your baked goods or just eat it with a spoon!
