Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Chia
- 1 cup of SoDelicious Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 banana sliced and frozen
- Handful of strawberries
- 2/3 cup SoDelicious Almond Milk
Instructions
- Mix Chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla, coconut flakes, and honey in a container, cover and allow to sit in the fridge overnight. Or for at least 3 hours.
- Place remaining ingredients in blender (banana, strawberries, and almond milk), blend until smooth.
- Layer chia seed pudding in the bottom, and and the smoothie portion on top.
