Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

This Strawberry chia seed pudding is easy to make and packed full of flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp Chia
  • 1 cup of SoDelicious Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • Handful of strawberries
  • 2/3 cup SoDelicious Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  1. Mix Chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla, coconut flakes, and honey in a container, cover and allow to sit in the fridge overnight. Or for at least 3 hours. 
  2. Place remaining ingredients in blender (banana, strawberries, and almond milk), blend until smooth.
  3. Layer chia seed pudding in the bottom, and and the smoothie portion on top.
