This Strawberry chia seed pudding is easy to make and packed full of flavor!

Ingredients
3TbspChia
1cupof SoDelicious Almond Milk
1Tbspvanilla
1/4cupsweetened coconut flakes
1Tbsphoney
1bananasliced and frozen
Handful of strawberries
2/3cupSoDelicious Almond Milk
Instructions
Mix Chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla, coconut flakes, and honey in a container, cover and allow to sit in the fridge overnight. Or for at least 3 hours.
Place remaining ingredients in blender (banana, strawberries, and almond milk), blend until smooth.
Layer chia seed pudding in the bottom, and and the smoothie portion on top.
