Pico De Gallo Recipe

This pico de gallo is incredibly easy to make and a must have appetizer for Summer, Taco Tuesday, or your next big game day! It’s perfect paired with some crunchy tortilla chips or on top of your favorite tacos or nachos.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes diced
  • ½ medium white onion diced
  • 3 jalapenos seeded and diced (keep seeds intact if you want it spicy)
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro about 1 bunch
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapenos, minced garlic, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix together the ingredients until evenly distributed.
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours for the flavors to come out.
  • Serve with a side of tortilla chips or with your favorite meals. Enjoy!
