Orange Creamsicle Cookies Recipe

These Orange creamsicle cookies are bursting lots of fabulous flavor! The mixture of the creamy white chocolate chips and orange flavor built into a white a cake mix make it simple and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz white cake mix any brand will do.
  • 3 oz orange powdered jello
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 8 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 11 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix, orange jello powder and orange zest using a hand mixer.
  3. Add the butter and the eggs and beat for about 1 minute., then you can add in the white chocolate chips. It's best to use a wooden or silocone spoon to fold the chips in.
  4. Scoop about 1 1/2 tbsp of dough and roll into a ball and place onto the baking sheet with about 1-2 inches in between them.
  5. Bake the cookies for about 8-10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in a airtight container for 5-6 days on the counter.
  • Once you roll the dough into balls, you can add more white chocolate chips to the top of the balls.
