Instant Pot Asparagus

You'll love the flavor and simplicity of this Instant Pot Asparagus! It's great served warm or chilled.

Ingredients
  

For Asparagus
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 springs of Dill picked
  • 4 Mint leaves diced
  • 2-3 Purple basil leaves diced or torn
For Dressing
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  1. French trim all the asparagus.
  2. Add water to the pot.
  3. Place in the Instant Pot. Lock lid, close vent, and pressure cook for 0 minutes. (It will be more than enough). Takes about 8 minutes to come to pressure.
  4. Quick release once done. .
  5. Make the dressing. Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt & pepper until smooth.
  6. Top asparagus with lemon dressing and garnish with chili flakes, dill, purple basil and fresh mint.

Notes

I love this served warm, but you can always chill and serve for later.
