Family Night With KozyShack Tapioca Pudding! #SummerOfPudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Stick of unsalted butter
  • 1/3 Cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of light brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups of All purpose flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 cup of Semi-Sweet chocolate chips You can use mini if you wish
  • 1 Tub of KozyShack® Tapioca Pudding
  • Whipped cream homemade or store bought

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl, cream together: granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and butter. Make it nice and cream. Use a mixer on low to medium speed for about 5 minutes.
  3. Once creamed, add in your egg, salt, and baking soda. Mix on low until well blended.
  4. Slowly add in your flour a 1/2 cup at a time until the dough becomes too stiff, and then mix with your hand.
  5. Add your chocolate chips to your dough, and mix with your hands. The dough will be too stiff to mix with a spoon.
  6. Using a non stick spray, spray down a 9" tart pan.
  7. Place dough into pan and mash down to form the crust by hand.
  8. Bake for approximately 20 minutes and allow to cool.
  9. Add a nice layer of your Tapioca pudding.
  10. Top off with a nice thick layer of whipped cream and some chocolate shavings!
  11. With your homemade whipped cream (or store bought, if you wish).
