Air Fryer Broccolini

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces broccolini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • First rinse the broccolini. Then cut the woody ends off and pat dry.
  • In a large bowl add the broccolini, oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and black pepper. Toss until thoroughly coated.
  • Transfer the broccolini to the air fryer basket. Make sure to place in a single layer.
  • Cook at 390F for 5-6 minutes or until desired doneness.
