Ingredients
8ouncesbroccolini
1tablespoonolive oil or avocado oil
Juice of half a lemon
1clovegarlicminced
½teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
First rinse the broccolini. Then cut the woody ends off and pat dry.
In a large bowl add the broccolini, oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and black pepper. Toss until thoroughly coated.
Transfer the broccolini to the air fryer basket. Make sure to place in a single layer.
Cook at 390F for 5-6 minutes or until desired doneness.
