My Turkey Francaise recipe turned out so super amazing! It turned out extremely moist, and the addition of the lemon is a great accent that added just the right amount of acidity to the dish!

How to make Turkey Francaise ?

INGREDIENTS – 1 Package of Turkey tenderloins  – 1 1/2 Cups of Chicken broth  – 1 Lemon (1/2 will be used for juice, and the other 1/2 you can cut into thin slices) – 1/2 Cup of Diced Parsley – 4 Eggs

Cut the turkey tenderloins in half at an angle to create cutlets out of them.

Place a medium sized pan on medium heat. Add oil and wait until it is heated to start cooking breasts.
