Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes
Servings: 4
Course: Quick And Easy Meals

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Gardein Turk'y Cutlets
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Can of Refrigerated Croissant rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray a cookie sheet down with non-stick vegetable spray
  3. In a toaster oven, cook cutlets for approximately 10 -12 minutes at 425 (This will crisp it up).
  4. Allow to cool while putting everything together.
  5. Take 2 triangles of croissant rolls and place them end to end and crimp ends together to create a base.
  6. Place a Gardein Turk'y Cutlet in the middle.
  7. Then top with Mashed potatoes (I used a ziplock bag with a metal tip), and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bring each flap of the croissant rolls up to the top and twist the edges (like a twist tie) with the edges ending on the closed sides.
  9. Bake for approximately 15 - 20 minutes (Or until golden brown).
  10. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
