Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen puff pastry shells 24 count
  • 1/4 Cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon parmesan cheese shaved, not grated
  • 2 Tablespoons shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon of Minced Basil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
  • 4 Strips of Bacon cooked & shredded into pieces
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven According to directions of package of Pastry shells.
  2. Spread pastry shell tarts about 1inch from each other.
  3. Bake until just lightly browned.
  4. While pastry shells are cooking, grab a small size bowl and all ingredients (except the bacon...keep them to the side) and mix well.
  5. Take out of oven, and start pushing in the center of the tarts with the back of a wooden spoon. I know they're hot, so be careful.
  6. Place 1/2 teaspoon amounts into the pastry tart shells, and then top off each tart shell with the crumbled bacon.
  7. Reduce heat in oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Place tarts back into the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool before eating!
