Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cookies Recipe

Bake soft peanut butter pumpkin cookies with five simple ingredients. One bowl, flourless, and freezer friendly. Cozy pumpkin spice meets classic peanut butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 Cups of Sugar
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup of Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. You will notice how it becomes a very thick dough...and it's slightly tacky to touch.
  3. Pinch of pieces of dough, and roll into little ball shapes.
  4. With a fork, make a criss cross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes
