Ingredients
- 6 kiwi fruits
- 1/3 cup simple syrup
- 1 cup Prosecco white wine
Instructions
- 1. Peel and slice the kiwi and place in a food processor or blender.
2. Add the simple syrup to the kiwi fruit and purée.
3. Add 1 cup of Prosecco and stir well.
4. Pour the kiwi mixture into the zipsicles pouches. I used a small
funnel to cut down on spillage.
5. Freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
