Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 ½ cup vegetable stock
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press Sauté button, and add sesame oil, garlic, and red onion. Cook until tender
- In a medium sized bowl, ddd rice wine vinegar, vegetable stock, lemon juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar and mix until blended well
- Add uncooked lo mein, carrots, mushrooms, and snow peas
- Lock lid and set vent to sealing
- Press manual button and set to high for 5 minutes
- Quick pressure release carefully
