Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz lo mein
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ cup vegetable stock
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • cup brown sugar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  1. Press Sauté button, and add sesame oil, garlic, and red onion. Cook until tender
  2. In a medium sized bowl, ddd rice wine vinegar, vegetable stock, lemon juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar and mix until blended well
  3. Add uncooked lo mein, carrots, mushrooms, and snow peas
  4. Lock lid and set vent to sealing
  5. Press manual button and set to high for 5 minutes
  6. Quick pressure release carefully
