  • 1 Teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 - 16 oz box of Elbow pasta macaroni
  • 1 Teaspoon yellow mustard

  • 2 1/2 Cups of Shredded Mild Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

  3. Once pasta is done, remove from heat and drain water. Return pasta back to same pot, over a low heat, add butter, mustard, and milk. stir well to incorporate ingredients, and then stir occasionally until butter is melted and the milk is heated. (This will take just a few minutes)
  4. Add ground beef, cheese and sour cream. Stir until you've reached a creamy consistency. Remove from heat.
  5. Allow pasta to set for a 2 minutes, and then serve!
