Ingredients
- 10 Heirloom Cherry Tomtatoes though you can you use any type of Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup of Mixed Quattro Formagi from any store
- 2 Tablespoons of grated or crumbled Paremsan
- 5 Basil leaves minced
- Cracked Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- In a small bowl, mix cheeses, basil, and cracked black pepper
- Slice ends of tomatoes off, and then cut in half.
- On a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, place the sliced tomatoes on (sliced ends facing down)
- With a small spoon, place a dollop of cheese mixture on top of tomatoes
- Place in oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is slightly browned
- Remove and allow to cool.
