Easter Carrot Cheese Ball

This Easter Carrot Cheese Ball is more than just super cute. It's super DELICIOUS! And when you need a quick and easy holiday-themed food to take to your party, this one will save you every time.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 16 oz. 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2.5 oz package real bacon pieces 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled can also be used
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bunch of cilantro or parsley for carrot top

Instructions
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning until evenly distributed.
  2. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese, bacon, and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture. Stir until combined.
  3. Place the cheese ball mixture on plastic wrap and form into the shape of a carrot.
  4. Transfer the carrot-shaped cheese ball to a serving plate or cutting board.
  5. Use the remaining cup of cheddar cheese to cover the cheese ball, pressing gently to make sure it sticks.
  6. Place cilantro or parsley stems into the top of the carrot cheese ball.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the cheese ball firm up. Serve with crackers, veggies or your favorite dippers.
