Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen works too
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 teaspoon oatmeal
  • honey to taste

Instructions
 

  1. Add everything in a blender and drizzle some honey. Blend until smooth.  Top with dried fruits, coconut flakes or even some extra diced up avocado.  Drink right away.
