Air Fryer Broccolini

Whether you usually like broccoli or not, you'll love this Air Fryer Broccolini recipe. Seasoned, air fryer broccoli is yummy and low-carb too; perfect if you’re following a keto diet or just want an easy side dish that contains plenty of vitamins and nutrients.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces broccolini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  1. First rinse the broccolini. Then cut the woody ends off and pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl add the broccolini, oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and black pepper. Toss until thoroughly coated.
  3. Transfer the broccolini to the air fryer basket. Make sure to place in a single layer.
  4. Cook at 390F for 5-6 minutes or until desired doneness.
