Ingredients
- 4 larges dill pickles
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp mild paprika
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup of Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the pickles in quarter - lengthwise.
- Prepare three bowls on the work surface: the flour with the spices in the 1st, the beaten egg in the 2nd and the breadcrumbs in the 3rd.
- One by one, dip the pickles in the flour, then in the egg. Cover completely with Panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the pickles in a plate and drizzle vegetable oil on top, then place in the air fryer
- Cook 370 ˚ F for 8 minutes, turning half way
- Enjoy right away.

•To eat immediately, or can be reheated later to keep a crispy texture
