There's nothing better than the feeling that soft clean feeling that your skin gets when you've used one. It exfoliates dead skin cells, moisturizes your skin, and makes you smell simply fabulous! Scrub<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I read labels for ingredients that are inside of sugar scrubs, and any type of product that I use. I have to be careful because I have very sensitive skin, and I'm also <a href=\"https:\/\/foodnservice.com\/staging\/food-color-allergies-live-dye-free-life\/\">allergic to certain types of red and yellow food colors<\/a>. So I have to be very careful of everything I put on my skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first thing I'm on the lookout for are the types of perfumes that might be used in the sugar scrub product. That's why I always stick to <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2wNFcBn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">therapeutic grade essential oils<\/a>. I used a <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2i4clWi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">natural green food coloring <\/a>to it. I did because it's just a lot of fun to see a little bit of color, and knowing that it's not going to stain my skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sugar scrub recipe is super easy, so let's get start with the things you are going to need for this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for sugar scrub:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2vZO89n\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">granulated sugar<\/a> (preferably organic)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup coconut oil (preferably organic)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10-12 drops of <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2vGurAJ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lime essential Oil&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10-12 drops of <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2uZHxab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lemon essential Oil<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2iaKuDO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">4 Drops Vitamin E oil<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-6 drops <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2fPxBy7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">green natural food coloring<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions for sugar scrub:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;Add all of the ingredients into a small mixing bowl. Mix well to incorporate the sugar and oils. Adjust the consistency to your personal liking &#8211; add more oil if it's too dry and add more sugar if it's too wet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer to an <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2we2H9G\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">airtight container<\/a> and store up to 3 months.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use sugar scrub:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp; &nbsp;Wet skin and apply the lemon lime sugar body scrub generously in the shower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp; &nbsp;Massage the scrub in a circular motion gently into your skin.&nbsp; Enjoy the energizing scents of lemon and lime as the sugar exfoliates and the coconut oil & vitamin e moisturizes.<br>(This is a great morning scrub, as the lemon and lime essential oils are great for awakening and rejuvenating the senses).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp; &nbsp;Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a towel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.&nbsp; &nbsp;Apply your favorite body lotion or cream to seal the moisture in your skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to try a different variety, you can try making my <a href=\"https:\/\/foodnservice.com\/staging\/lemon-lavender-essential-oil-sugar-scrub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lemon Lavender Sugar Scrub recipe<\/a>.
