Easy Crockpot Chicken Fajitas Makes Dinner a Breeze

When you don’t have to stand over the stove or an oven all day trying to cook a delicious meal for your family, then that’s a winner in my cook. Cooking in the kitchen for long periods of time, especially in the summer heat, is not fun. Well, unless you’re making memories in the kitchen with your kids or other family members…then that’s different.

This is why I love using my Crockpot and my Instant Pot to cook with. I don’t have to micromanage my food. I don’t have constantly stir anything.

I can keep on multi-tasking my life away and doing something else…like writing up a recipe for you all, or maybe watching an episode of my favorite TV show.

It’s hands-free cooking technology!

PLUS, don’t forget to add in your favorite toppings:

tortillas, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsaavocado salsa, and more!

Can I Use Dark Meat Chicken For the Fajitas?

Yup, you totally can! However, I do recommend of caution to use skinless and boneless chicken thigh meat. This just makes the cooking process much easier. Can you use bone in? Yes, but it’s just extra work in making sure you don’t leave behind a chicken knuckle by by accident.
