Christmas Punch Cup Game with NJ Lottery Holiday Games

My DIY Christmas Punch cup game made with New Jersey Lottery Holiday games scratch offs will make the perfect gift for anyone! I’m totally a sucker for wanting to make DIY Christmas gifts, and the NJ Lottery helps to make it so much easier for me! Just look how cute it turned out!

You can easily find these tickets at any of your favorite NJ Lottery retailers: Wawa, Quick Check, or 7-11. I normally go to 7-11 because it’s so close to me.

Okay, so between you and me…I actually bought myself a few extra tickets to enjoy! I couldn’t help myself!

Okay, but back to the main point of my post: How to make a Christmas Punch cup game with using these festive NJ Holiday Lottery scratch off tickets. I’ve been creating some super fun and creative DIY Lottery Christmas gifts for a while now! Here are some ideas you might have missed!

These were all so fun to make, and they took very little things to help make them! Same thing goes with the Christmas Punch cup game we’re about to make. 

Materials for Christmas Punch Cup Game

• Scissors
• 1 styrofoam poster board
• Double sided sticky tape
• Clear tape
• 2 reams of Multi-colored tissue paper
• 19 plastic cups
• 19 rubber bands
• Christmas stickers
• 19 – NJ Lottery Holiday Scratch off tickets of different values
• Light weight Christmas decorations

How To Put it Together

1. Cut the Tissue papers into 4ths.

2. Put lottery tickets into each cup. If they’re bigger sized, then you can slight roll to fit in each cup.

Repeat this process for each of the cups!

3. Take 2 pieces of the same tissue paper. Cover the mouth of the cup with it. Fold paper down around lip of cup, and place a rubber band around it to secure.

4. On the styrofoam board, we’re going to build a Christmas tree. 4 cups for the tree stump, and build up the rest. You can do a rough outline with a pencil. Add double sided tape to bottoms of cups (I added around 3 pieces) and start building your Christmas Tree. You can also add Christmas stickers to the top of your cups!

The stickers really do add a lot of charm and fun!

5. You’re all done! Now, I scrunched up the tissue paper and outlined the tree! Just to add a little extra pizazz! I also created white snowballs at the bottom of the tree to mirror snow. Then I go a small piece of gold garland and bows to decorate the tree!

That’s how simple it is to make! It’s super fun because you can use an array of different colors, or even add in extra joy of candy or other fun surprises! Shhhh….don’t tell her, but I know my Stephen is going to LOVE this fun Holiday DIY project I made! I wonder what he would do if he won a cool Million?? I mean, besides buy a few new video games and stuff for our dogs…and maybe something for Angela, depending on her mood that day. Ha!
