Buffalo Chicken Sliders

These buffalo chicken sliders will be the star for any party, big game day, or appetizer for any occasion.

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 12 dinner rolls
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup chopped dill
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella or any melty cheese of your choice)
  • ½ cup sliced jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, chopped cilantro, and chopped dill and give a good mix.
  3. Cut the dinner rolls lengthwise, and place the bottom half of the rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
