Strawberry Cheesecake Tart Recipe

I am a cheesecake fanatic, and I can really eat everyday (if my arteries would allow me to!). I’m normally one to make mini tarts, but I decided to make a bigger version of it. I had company coming over for dinner and wanted to make a yummy dessert. So, I said to myself, “Self…turn these ingredients into a big tart for everyone to enjoy.” So I did. Though, I am also adding what these tarts look like

in a miniature form. If you have a tart pan, than these are super easy to make. Now you can use a store bought pie shell, but I like making everything from scratch. You can find that recipe here in my Mini Apple Dumpling recipe.

Strawberry Cheesecake Tart

Strawberry Cheesecake Tart
Prep Time 30 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 55 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce package of cream cheese (room temperature works best)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of Strawberry Jam (Store bought is fine, but I made my own)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375
  • Side note: Pre-cook the tart shell before hand. You don't want the shell to be overcooked, unless you like a super crisp crust!
  • On low speed, mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla extract together until well blended.
  • Pour mixture in tart shell (or mini tart shells).
  • Spoon the Strawberry jam all over the top of the cheese cake mixture.
  • Bake in oven for approximately 25 minutes
  • Did you make this recipe?
