If you don’t know that I have a huge passion for coffee, then you don’t know me very well. I was so excited to try Dunkin’ Donut’s new Vanilla Cupcake Flavored Coffee! From the moment you open the bag, the Vanilla Cupcake aroma fills up your entire senses and builds up that level of excitement to get that coffee machine a brewin’. However, I knew I couldn’t do this all on my own. I was actually asked to host a fun little party with a few of my closest coffee fanatics to get our party on!
Fo the party, I decided to pick up some delicious pastries: Blueberry muffins, raspberry filled linzter cookies (if you want to make homemade ones, you can use this Linzter Cookie Recipe), and an assortment of mini puff pastries. I was trying to find things that would compliment the Vanilla Cupcake flavor, and just knew that they would work out perfectly.
We also tested out the coffee with sugar, splenda, a little cream, a lot of cream, and milk. What we all seemed to agree on was that you only needed 1 level teaspoon of sugar and a medium amount of cream. Too much sugar and cream overpowered the Vanilla Cupcake flavor…and kinda drowned it out a little bit.
However, at least I knew Jeni thought that they she should just bite right into the pastries! She couldn’t wait to dig…then she immediately went along to drowning herself in a cup of that delicious brewed coffee.
She made sure she got the very last sip out of it! In her opinion, the lintzer cookies and mini apple puff pastries really complimented the Vanilla Cupcake coffee.
Oh, did I forget to mention that we some FABULOUS lips and moustaches to use as props for some photo fun-tography!
Stephen and Jeni were totally hamming it up, while grabbing onto their Dunkin’ Donuts Vanilla Cupcake Coffee. OH! I forgot to mention: All my amazing coffee feins left with a bag of coffee (or two!), and then we had a drawing for that fabulous pink coffee cup you see in the super top photo.
Stephen loved the coffee so much, he grabbed two bags of coffee while he was showing the world his moose-tache. He’s kind of adorable.
Jenn and Tasha were totally ecstatic to get them some coffee!
Beverly Loved her some coffee, too! She loved that the taste was a lot different than a normal vanilla flavored coffee. She said it was like drinking a cupcake, and she wait to get to brew some tomorrow morning before work!
And yes…even I got a little photo opp with my sexy moustache.!
And of course, Beverly is just wearing that Pink Caterpillar like a boss! She might or might not have taken this home with her, too. We’re both not admitting to anything at all.
In the end, we all agreed that is by far our favorite type of “Vanilla anything” flavored coffee…they also love coming to my parties that I get to host at my house! It’s going to be easy purchase them since Dunkin’ Donuts Vanilla Cupcake flavored coffee is available nationwide at all major supermarket aisles. Now, you really can have your cake and eat it too! Especially if you make one of these amazing and guilt free coffee flavors that my friend Lillian from the HungryGirl made!
